You can log any distance-based exercises such as running, walking, cycling, swimming, or rowing.

After your registration is confirmed, we send an email with everything you need. If you already have an X Challenge account, the challenge unlocks automatically in the app — just open it and start. If you're new, the email contains a download link for the X Challenge app on the App Store. Sign up using the same email you used at checkout, and your challenge will be waiting. The Android app is still in development; your registration does not expire while you wait, because the countdown only starts when you tap Start.

Each challenge has its own fixed duration based on the distance — for example, Thor is 21km over 20 days, Loki is 5km over 7 days, and Kylin is 88km over 79 days. The countdown starts the moment you tap Start in the X Challenge app, so you can register today and begin whenever you're ready. The full duration list is on each challenge's detail page.

No. The medal is awarded only after you complete the full distance of the challenge in the X Challenge app. Once the app records your completion, we ship your medal within 5-10 business days (US).

The challenge window starts when you tap Start in the X Challenge app. If you don't complete the full distance before the window ends, no medal is shipped. You can re-register for the same challenge later, or contact our support team at info@xchallenge.us to discuss your options.
